I didn’t receive my order after 45 days, and they are refusing to give me my money back!
Update 13th of May:
50 days and still the same.
Update 20th of May:
Still didn’t receive my order, I can’t track it. And they are still stalling, and refusing to give me a refund.
Update 3ed of June:
Finally I get my money back, only after I open a new claim in Paypal and the case was decided in my favor.
Thanks to Paypal, otherwise I’ll never see my money again.
Never purchase from this seller again.

Thanks for leaving us a review. We always strive to provide excellent 5-star service so we’re disappointed you feel that we did not meet our normal service standards on this occasion.
I have looked into our previous correspondence regarding this order. I can see here that the order was dispatched from us on time. As explained previously because we're a UK based company and the order you placed was for delivery to Saudi Arabia, by placing an international order outside of Europe you agree and accept that your parcel could be held, inspected or delayed whilst in Saudi Arabia’s customs. This is covered on our international delivery page, terms of service and shipping policy.
This policy is because as a UK company, we have no power over international customs clearance and due to COVID-19, some international customs like Saudi Arabia are seeing some delays and backlogs. Whilst we completely understand how frustrating this is, we don’t have any power to speed up international customs and as this was accepted by yourself when placing the international order, we’re therefore unable to issue a refund at this stage.
We have never denied you the right to a refund. If the parcel was to fail customs clearance and be returned to us, we’re more than happy to offer a full refund on the goods.

Solid Products with poor packaging
So from a selection perspective I was happy, however my main issue was I ordered cans and protein bars and the packaging allowed the protein bars to be squashed.
I may order again mainly for the selection but won’t combine my order with heavy items.

Great family run business with incredibly helpful owners/staff. Had a few issues with delivery but they contacted relevant people to solve this straight away. Great products and service hopefully they will only continue this success and manner in the future. Would recommend.

Firstly, apologies for any inconvenience caused by the slow service that you've received. We always strive to provide a 5-star experience at Protein Package so this does greatly disappoint us.
The initial first order was damaged in transit whilst with the courier, upon reporting this issue to us on Friday at 6:48 PM , we worked over the weekend to get this matter resolved for you with the courier company. This is very rare due to the high-quality packaging we use but this can occasionally occur whilst in transit between us and you.
As the parcel was not delivered first thing on Monday morning we covered the cost of a full replacement which was shipped out to you within 24 hours via a 48 hour tracked delivery service.
This full replacement parcel was successfully delivered within 48 hours of dispatch. We have since made an attempt to contact you to query if we can do anything else to assist you but these attempt has been unsuccessful.

Amazing Brand 10/10 recommend
Ordered 1kg of protein powder with some snacks and they are delicious. Really good brand and amazing customer service. George is really friendly and helpful.
Despite a little hiccup with couriers, The mix up was sorted as soon as they could; with all the possible solutions.
Highly recommend this company for all your bulking and cutting needs they have all the products you could think of and the deals are top notch!
