Good service
The service was very good. We needed to move the date of our car service, and the team were extremely accommodating. We also asked if the work could be completed before midday, and they confirmed it would be fine as long as the car was dropped off when they opened. They fitted new rear brakes and completed the MOT before 12, just as promised.
Jason was very friendly and helpful.
The only area for improvement would be clearer email communication; specifically, a booking confirmation that includes an estimated cost and a brief summary or feedback from the MOT.
Otherwise, a very positive experience.

The estimated time for service and MOT was spot on. No advisories despite last years MOT having a couple. That was done at the original selling dealership. Vested interest comes to mind.
