Very polite and helpful staff.
Lack of parking is a big issue though - i arrived few minutes before my 8.30 appointment and there was literally nowhere to park safely (how come there were so many vehicles outside before they even opened?). It would be helpful to be told in advance of other parking options (the overflow area is right around the corner).

Onlne booking process easy, polite friendly desk staff and explanation of service findings were all excellent

After discovering that a fix to my car failed by no fault of Protyre, they immediately took it back in and resolved the issue. Great customer service.

in for an urgent battery change at short notice 🙏

Really professional garage, someone was always on the counter answering calls and letting people know their car was ready. From the sound of things it was a lot of repeat custom as the tone was very friendly from the customers. My AC re-gas was completed quickly and at a good price.

I would say this is a fantastic price and service, i chose them over my previous choice for MOT and Service as they are more local and more reasonably priced. Jason was amazing he rang me to explain a problem with the tyre and asked my opinion on what i would like to do. He wasnt pressuring and didnt try to upsell just gave the options and respected your choice. I also saw him later on whilst i was waiting for collection dealing with phonecalls and the professional side of things and he was trying his best for another woman when a supplier delivered the wrong part, she wasn't present so wouldnt know the effort he was putting in, so again this says a lot. Really helpful, couldnt do enough for you and i can't say enough positive things about my experience with them and i will be using them in the future moving forward. My minor critique would be it would be good if they could have organised the MOT closer to the Service but this is extremely minor.

Booked in for a MOT. Was a late slot being 4PM. Needed some work doing. Communicated this clearly. Was able to complete the work and have car ready to be collected by 5PM. Great service at a competitive price.
