Bit more awkward than usual because a larger issue was discovered in the area where the mechanics were replacing parts. Evan+mechanic explained, showed me the issue both on the car and on a diagram, and recommended next steps

First class service
Booked an Air con regas. Was given a 8.30 appointment slot I arrived on time and was greeted by the team on reception like an old friend very professional. I was told it would be about an hour and they were spot on at 8.30 I was on my way .

Never recommended to anyone.today had my car m.o.t at another garage so caring last year had my brake pads done on advisories on m.o.t today been told protyre only change pads not disc .so hurt and upset my mum not even using protyre .use to be ok

Never use protyre ever on tuesday had silver service told me my exhaust flex blowing ok i had it check it will fail m.o.t ok why did mechinc tell me my front gaiters broken also whytell me my expension tank needs changing and water needs flushing had a go at me as i put at anyway i put a expension tank yesterday having my exhaust done and m.o.t tommorrow charge me over the top on brakes and disc i would never ever recommended to anyone also rip my mum on he r car protyre in banbury no good now

Not a real complaint but a car was…
Not a real complaint but a car was failed on mot for having a door mirror flashing light very faint! Was quoted £200+ to have it replaced. Had a look round myself and found the light from components car company locally at a cost of £33.00 It took 7 minutes to fit so Protyre price was a well overcharge. Protyre service both my cars plus MOT and tyres. I won’t be going back!

I took my car here for an MOT and was really impressed with the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and made everything easy from start to finish. The MOT was completed quickly and efficiently. Great garage with excellent customer service, I’d definitely recommend them.
