Good experience
Had a slow puncture. The nail in the tyre was removed and the tyre repaired. I did not have to wait long and the young man knew what he was doing. Staff were all helpful.

Excellent service at Bath branch after a bad experience at Chippenham branch. The manager Samuel told me to come in. They put everything right at no extra charge. All the staff were extremely friendly and efficient, even taking my car out for a drive to test everything was alright. i would highly recommend this branch and will certainly go there again when I need anything

Puncture repair great but tool not working for tracking.
Puncture repair was great but their power tool for loosening stiff tracking nuts was not working so I had to get an external mechanic to do that.

Not as good as they once were
Don't take off old exhausts before you've checked the correct new one has arrived.
Don't leave stickers on the exhaust so that they melt so the car smells of burning plastic so you leave your car and end call the AA at midnight alone in the dark thinking your car is about to burn.
