The guys did a good job on fitting my new tyres, it did take slightly longer than I would have preferred, but were very busy with many customers and my car was ready when they said it would be. Protyre were also very competitive on price and ordered the tyres I requested and these arrived on schedule.

I enjoyed the ease of ordering my tyres and booking the fitting slot. unfortunately my tyres were not the tread i ordered and i dont think i have had the difference back in terms of price.

Please improve your Wi-Fi facility there though, as couldn’t make use of your payment plan option, given the document wouldn’t down load on to my iPhone. (Tried using 4G standing outside the premises too, but the signal very poor); Staff were aware of these issues….

Fantastic service; tyres fitted in an ‘emergency’.
As I set off on a long journey to go pick my very old Mum up for a hospital appointment, I realised my back tyre was flat. Managed to drive it to the nearby Belper Protyre fitters and explained my predicament. The guys there could not have been more supportive and assured me they would have me on my way as soon as they possibly could. Sure enough, tyres fitted as quickly as they said it would be. (And I made it on time to pick my Mum up!) I could not be more pleased with the professionalism, care and consideration they showed to me when I was in need of help. I’ve used the Belper protyre garage a couple of times before and knew they were very good - but this time they went above and beyond. THANK YOU.
