Great engineers, very efficient service
Simple process due to the skill of the engineers working for Protyre in Belper. I would have them on my team any day. My run flat tyres were ordered and arrived next day. The report received after the tyres were fitted detailed measurements and expected timelines for future work. Very efficient tyre fitting - best experience to date.

Gave us confidence and were very fair
My wife took her car in after an accident. Not only did they make her feel confident, they also checked over the car and instead of doing the work required, they offered just to list the issues. We had the work done at Protyre and they were brilliant with us.

Service above and beyond …
I can't complement the staff here enough. My exhaust had fallen off whilst I was in belper and they looked at it there and then without any prior appointment and made it safe for me to travel home, and they did it all with a smile.

Good quick tyre change
Good quick tyre change. Possible enhancements: a proper invoice / post job documentation / confirmation of work done of some sort, would have been nice - said there wasn’t any as I ordered online, so I only have the ‘order confirmation’ email, which doesn't seem quite as official as a proper invoice would be for my books and records. Also, some evidence of wheel alignment eg before and after would have been nice. Tyres themselves look decent / well fitted, would use again.
