Excellent friendly service

Let me start by saying, if I could give zero stars I would! The guy at the counter at Protyre Bracknell was the rudest person I have ever come across. As soon as I mentioned I had booked two front tyres and wheel alignment through Black Circles, he was very dismissive and argumentative. When asking me what tyres I had ordered and upon me unlocking my phone to view the email, he said “I don’t want to see your phone, just read out the numbers”. The alignment did not get done as their machine was broke so I guess I saved a little less time having to sit in the waiting room with this individual which was a bonus. I will not be going back to this place again even if the tyres were free. Avoid at all costs!

I've just had 2 tyres fitted to my motorhome at the Bracknell Branch. Very polite, friendly reception and quick fitting. Competitive prices. I highly recommend based on my experience.

The staff were excellent,explained everything clearly and gave excellent advice0 to solve the problem I had.ive used Bracknell Protyre for many years as alway receive excellent service.

Called Wednesday 11.12am 18 Feb 2026 and discussed the option of either fitting a new tyre via Asda tyres or repairing a possible slow puncture, felt throughout the conversation he was condescending. Name when asked towards the end of the conversation was Trevor but it could have been made up. It doesn't surprise me he didn't return a call when he said he would.

Extremely poor customer service and no way to run a business.

Polite and interactive, resolved my problem in ten minutes.

I was booked in the next day for 2 tyres then I noticed 1 of my tyres had gone down so I pumped it up and headed there on the way home from work,I had 2 tryes blow out after hitting a big pothole and had a new one put on along with my spare one,I wanted all the same tryes on the car so the guys moved the wheels around and put the different trye as my spare and put the new ones on the front and others on the back,I always use this garage as they are helpful and friendly

I would recommend people to go to have their cars done very professional very kind men done my tire in seconds and advised me as well

The service received was excellent. I had 4 new tyres and tracking adjustment, the guys there kept me well informed throughout. Raf has excellent customer service skills and is very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

I arrived late yesterday afternoon in the hope of getting new tyres fitted without an appointment.
The gentleman on the reception desk very kindly fitted my car in at 16.20, so I wouldn’t need to make a return trip.
They also helped me in and out of the waiting room, which made things much easier for me.
Thanks so much to the team for an excellent, quick, efficient job so late in the day. And for going the extra mile to help make my visit a lot easier for me.

Surprised to hear to man running it infer to another customer firmly that his wife might not be safe on the road if he didn’t take the extra service being offered, felt a bit emotionally manipulative? I was persuaded to have wheel alignment done and don’t really know if I needed it. Heard next customer also apparently also needed it so felt like a standard thing they push and my £105 quote for 2 tyres ended up at nearly £160.

Upsold wheel alignment when doing two tyres. Charged £40 but left car with the steering wheel aligned to the left. Went back to have it corrected, the person we spoke to was curt and tried to make out there could be an underlying issue with the car, the car was fine before they got their hands on it. Said we would have a long wait before they could sort it out. Didn't get the best vibe for the place, would not go back to them again.

Had a nail in my tyre which needed sorting. They were very helpful. Said they were a little busy but would look at it as soon as possible. Didn't wait long and they managed to repair it. Helpful and friendly service.
