First class service as always

Very bad and low level customer service received from "ProTyre"(Bradford). First for today (10/07), I booked my friend's Black Mitsubishi Outlander for Air Con gas filling at 9:15 AM. Every thing went good, so I told my daughter to book her car for coming Saturday (12/07) . And same day (10/07), I gave them call at 11:31 AM to book my wife's car for aircon gas filling. The car was booked for 1:00PM. I arrived 12:45 PM at garage, one of the employee took car key from me and took car inside the garage. Then another employee came in shouting in the waiting area that another customer is waiting for one and half hour & his car should go first before mine.

He just told me that I have to wait another hour or more, So I asked him that my appointment time was 1:00 PM and I also came 15 minutes early, that's not my fault, why should I wait!. I specially took time off from my work, for this appointment. If you were running late then you should rung me and I wouldn't come, But he rudely replied that "now I am telling you that we are running late, either I would wait or leave?"

When I told him that my daughter car is booked as well. So he start asking me her details for he can cancel her appointment as well.

Instead he should be apologetic or humble, he was very rude and unprofessional.

At all cost avoid to going to "PROTYRE" Bradford branch.

I had two new tyres fitted, and I was impressed all round.
When I rang I spoke to Billy. He immediately understood the mid range type tyre (A rating wet grip, C or better for economy) I was looking for. Explained that they had an offer on a recognised mid range brand, gave me a very competitive quote. My size was in stock. I drove to the branch and was quickly dealt with amongst the other jobs they had on.
In the past I have bought an exhaust at a different Protyre branch. That was also a great experience.
I will tell friends who ask that Protyre are my best bet for honest advice, great service and a very fair price.

This is the first time we've used Protyre but it won't be the last! I hadn't put the discount on for the aircon regas, but William noticed and added it on. Very impressed.

Great service, great expertise.

On arrival, I was met with a very short and discurtious fitter making pasive aggresive remarks about my arrival time. I explained my booking requested me to arrive between 9am and 10am (it was 9.30am). He then moaned that i should have been the at 8.30am?? Unfortunatley the incorrect trye was fitted to my vehicle. When I raised this with the fitter, he told me it wasn't his problem and to speak with ASDA about this.
Quite frankly the fitter should be taught about customer service.
I would not recommend this branch of Pro-Trye to anyone.

Booked car in the Bradford branch via telephone as the discount code wouldn’t work online booked me in for 3pm and I travelled from a nearby city to be told firstly it hadn’t been booked correctly by the member of staff then changed to he has and the proceeded to tell me o we can’t do it as we close in an hour and we have too much work on. Why book customers in for a specific time then tell them they can’t do it as no time and I I fact had arrived early!

I have been using Protyre for many years now, the service is always friendly and efficient, and reasonably priced too. Usually they will fit you in straight away if at all possible.
