Car in for MOT, Service, and new tyres all round.
Important to arrive for the time allotted to maintain the schedule. The car was in the MOT bay before I left the office. Also advised of any issues arising from the MOT before repair. After the service, advised of any posable forthcoming issues outside of the MOT or service. Good attention all round polite service.

The team worked really hard to get my car up and running after a failed MOT on a Friday afternoon. Time was really tight but they managed to fit the work in and retest so that I would have my car for the weekend.
The customer service is always friendly and supportive.

This Protyre branch is excellent
This Protyre branch is excellent, the staff are really helpful and they always do a great job.
I left my car there on a Sunday with a flat tyre & a note through the door, then phoned the next morning. My tyre was replaced the next day and they do BLC discount. This is my go to garage in Bridgwater, not just for tyres, but MoTs too. Great team, thank you.

Wrong tyre was fitted and damage to locking wheel key
Wrong tyre was fitted.
When the right tyre was fitted the next day, there was suddenly issues with the locking wheel not key which had been done the day before.
No way of proving the damage to key was theirs I’m now facing £50 to replace the key.
