The booking was easy, but the appointment time seems to have very little relationship as to when the car is actually taken into the shop.
However, the staff are very friendly, and the price is generally competitive.

Bought new tyres on ebay and was…
Bought new tyres on ebay and was offered to get them fitted in garage of my choice so I booked protyres Bristol road Bridgwater for 10/06/2026. Everything confirmed by fixmycar and checked on the 09/06/2026 with Protyre and got Jhon on the phone. He had no conformation he said and no time till end next week and shortage of staff. So I checked with fixmycar and they said the booking was confirmed and conformation send but Jhon kept lying and had no conformation. Booked day off waisted. Jhon kept lying saying he had no time till end next week but could do a priorty booking for Monday 15/06/2026. Arrive Monday 8.45am was 1 car inside nearly finished and the guy in the office said it would take 1 hour. So the staff shortage the guy in the office and 4 "mechanics" walking around. No other appointments I was the only appointment. The guy how got the job could not find the gear leveler in my car. He also had not the right tools because the wall from the socket was to thick so struggeled getting the nuts off and the 1 hour job took 1 hour and 45 min. And that while 3 other "mechanics" where walking around. It was 10am when a customer just showed up to get a job done and had NO appointment. Jhon your an lying unprofessional individual how can`t handle a bit of stress are lying about conformations because your to lazy to read emails on your computer and can`t plan bookings. Quick tyre change with no appointment
Quick service with no appointment. Turned up and tyres changed quickly and great customer service from the manager at the desk. To top it off a lovely free coffee while I waited.
