A shadow of its former self
Shocking. 2 rear wheels off quick enough.... and 40 minutes later I drive away.
Back in the day this place was like an F1 out stop. Not the case now. It seems the buy out from pro tyre has stripped Buckley tyres of its edge. Shame .

I never have a problem, all staff are polite and helpful nothing too much of a bother. I have been going there for at least last 40 odd years, that is even before Protyre took over.

Arrived with a suspected puncture
Arrived with a suspected puncture. Seen swiftly, and reassured tyre would be fixed whilst I waited enjoying a complementary coffee. Staff attitude was good although place is looking tired and needs a revamp.

My wife's car developed a slow puncture…
My wife's car developed a slow puncture so I turn to protyre here in Buckley to help us out of a sticky situation, so I booked it in on Saturday morning which is really helpful as we both work in the week, they soon repaired the problem In a quick and professional manner would highly recommend them,thanks to the team at protyre Buckley.

Fast,friendly service
Tyre warning light came on as i was travelling on the motorway.Stopped off at a local garage,tyre was removed and found to have a slash in it.They had no tyres in stock to fit my car.Came back to Buckley tyres,very helpful lady on reception,got sorted out within the hour,even though i turned up without an appointment.

Booked on line arrived a few minutes…
Booked on line arrived a few minutes early, car was dealt with promptly and efficiently.
I was dubious about using Protyre after reading reviews that weren’t very good, but I decided to try for myself and I’m glad I did. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future. My advice is book on line and give them a try, I know in the past you could just turn up but surely better to book a time slot that way you guarantee to get your car sorted

Appointment was 3.00 I was told 5 mins…
Appointment was 3.00 I was told 5 mins car would be on the ramp I went for a walk and came back 45 minutes later car not moved. It then took a further 10 minutes to move the car then time to do the job
Job itself was fine but they should have said 45 minutes at least before they would look at it rather than say 5 minutes
A lot of wasted time although it was dine in the end
