Always great service from the team at Protyre Bushey. They always tell me how much work will cost, what’s involved & why it’s needed. This time I booked my aircon re-gas online. When I dropped the car off, they told me it would be about an hour & they called me an hour later to tell me it was all sorted. My aircon is cold again. Thanks!

Booked a 10am Front Wheel Alignment
Booked a 10am Front Wheel Alignment, arrived at garage at 9:50am. Was told that had to wait short while as one car on ramp. Waited almost 1hr then told would need to wait longer. Asked what time it can be done, told to come back at 3pm. When I came back car was promptly put on ramp then told that the machine was playing up/faulty and rear tyres could not be measured. No report given. Also was told my car could not have camber adjustment as they were not allowed to adjust those bolts. However if machine was working the Toe could have been done. Waist of a day and two trips 16 miles total. Poor communication and negative staff demeanour.

IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR CAR AVOID THIS…
IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR CAR AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS!! AVOID!! NO LONGER GOING TO THIS GARAGE. I booked my car for all my 4 tyres to be changed at Bushey branch on 22nd July. They call me on 21st to inform issue with tyre delivery so re-booked appointment for 23rd July. Got car back with the garage advising that the TPMS light will stay on for 10 mins and will go away. Did a 25 mile drive on Motorway, TPMS light stayed on. Checked air pressure and one of the tyres was severely under inflated. TPMS light didnt go away next day so called Garage and was advised to bring car back in on 27th. Took car back to Garage who put their hands up stating that nothing wrong with TPMS sensors on tyres it is an issue with the car's actual conputer system.
There was no issue with the car at all prior to me taking it in.
If there was they could have informed me beforehand. They cant even give an excuse that they tried to call me as I was waiting at the garage the whole time.
