MOT at short notice

Carried out MOT at short notice. Friendly, helpful staff and nice waiting area with a decent coffee machine. Fitted new tyres during the same appointment as I needed to drive later that day. Tyres reasonably priced. No complaints at all.

I've used Protyre Canterbury many times…

I've used Protyre Canterbury many times over the years and on every visit I've had excellent service. Their technicians are knowledgeable and take pride in the standard of their work. The lads on Reception are polite and attentive. Throughout the duration of my visits I am kept informed of what is happening and there are never any little surprises on the final invoice with everything itemised and in plain English. Thanks!

Failed MOT on a tyre

Failed MOT on a tyre. Managed to get a tyre delivered same day and fitted for a price.

Very friendly front member of staff, he was great. The other staff don't seem to want anything to do with customers and that's quite apparent. Not that it's really an issue.

Thank you for helping me out when I had a flat tire when I was due to set off to Le Mans for the 24hr you provided me with great service and I managed to catch a slight later than scheduled ferry I had a really great time thanks to your excellent customer service

What a great place to have tyres…

What a great place to have tyres fitted. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and they will find an amazing deal on tyres for you. The coffee machine in the lovely waiting room (where you can also view your car on screen) is super easy to use, delicious and free! Bonus! Try this place, I`m sure you won`t be disappointed.

Tyre was damaged on fitting

Tyre was damaged on fitting. When reported next day they tried to blame fault on manufacturer and offered no support leaving me with a huge bulge on tyre and not safe to drive.
