All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Service was quick and great coffee machine in the waiting area whilst I waited. Would definitely recommend this place over anywhere else locally.

Air con re gas
I only booked in for my air con to be re gassed, but was welcomed, and told that I could wait in the pleasant waiting room, and that there was free coffee available. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, and I will definitely use them again.

The A team - great customer service
I had a great experience with Jamie and his team at Protyre. The customer service was top tier they were able to fit around my work pattern and ensure the work was carried out whilst I waited. Nice guys
Nice guys, did a first class job on my old motorhome, taking care not to over stress the studs. Only problem was with free drinks machine having been incorrectly loaded so coffee was dispensed instead of tea. Lol

Brilliant service!
A fantastic, knowledgeable team of experts who never disappoint! I've taken my car in for multiple tyre checks and changes, as well as MOTs and I'm always left feeling satisfied the job is done properly and in good time, too. The pricing is fair and the staff are friendly and very helpful in sorting out whatever problems you may have.

Continued Brilliant Service - Protyre/ Treadmark
I have known the Protyre/ Treadmark, Canterbury Service Centre for many years now and the service centre is my 'go to' destination for tyres, tracking and everything wheels and road contact for all of my cars. The current team managed by Jamie Richards provide me with absolute confidence in their ability to provide great advice and resolve tyre issues in a very proficient and expert manner. My last visit to Protyre on Wed 30.04.25 was to arrange an MOT for my wife's car, which was last minute and needing to be done on the same day. Jamie was brilliant in arranging the work at short notice. I particularly want to acknowledge the work of the fitter Martin Dollman too! Both Jamie's and Martin's people skills are exemplary and I would like to ensure that the Protyre Area Manager; Matt Hillyer is made aware of what a great team he has working in the Protyre Canterbury Service Centre. Well done guys and thank you for such excellent service.

They even had time to replace my break pads and Calipers that same day.

My car was booked in for MOT
My car was booked in, and I arrived about 15 minutes early. They started work almost immediately, and the receptionist and the guy who MOT'd the car were both very pleasant. I will definitely use them again and can highly recommend them.
