Great service

Great service, helpful and honest.
To be honest I had a bad experience 2 years ago, where one of the team chipped my wheel whilst changing a tyre... the manager was unhelpful and I swore to never return. However I needed a air con re-gas and thought I would try again. I was pleased to see there are all new staff there. No problem this time, and the lady behind the desk was great. Will be returning now for wheels.

Service and M.O.T

Book car in for service and M.O.T. staff were very helpful and professional as they always are,was contacted what required agreed the price told to come back just after 5pm and the car would be ready,which it was .great service.

Trustworthy

Erin, Ken and the Team at Protyre Devizes are just Awesome. No job too small or big they can't help you with. You can trust these guys, they are honest, kind, friendly, they know their stuff and are always willing to help. They won't rip you off like some do and I am so glad you guys are just a door step away🌞

Booked car in for minor oil service and…

Booked car in for minor oil service and air con recharge. Whilst the car was in I was told I needed new front discs and pads. Quote quoted a very expensive price. Also when I got back with my car the air con still wasn’t working but they hadn’t mentioned that. When I called to quiz this I was told the mechanic tested it and it was cold so I must have a leak. It’s since been elsewhere and my temperature sensor was at fault causing the issue so it was never working when the mechanic tested it and claimed it was.

So they lied to me and tried to fleece me on price for my brakes. (Which are actually ok)

They have lost all my trust I won’t be returning again

Disappointed

Booked a slot for 2 tyres to be replaced .. waited an hour . Staff member working on my car prioritised a customer who came in after me without a pre booked slot . Disappointed should have been no longer than 20 mins

Polite and respectful.

They managed to squeeze me in on the day. Also, when I questioned the advertised discount, he checked to see if it was applicable and applied it to my bill, once confirmed.

MOT incompetence

Had a mot done last Friday a 3 year old Electric car it so say failed on a brake issue I got my trusted mechanic to look at it and he couldn't see any issue the mechanic then took this car to a rolling road at another garage and again they couldn't find any issue this caused me financially alot I had to pay the mechanic and hire a car and fuel it to go to the airport as mine had so say failed furious was a understatement it went back Monday for a retest having nothing done other than a inspection from two mechanics and it passed

Pre booked an appointment

Pre booked an appointment
Was Made to wait an additional 45 minutes. Time I did not have to sit around. Devizes is under new management, 15 years I’ve been a loyal customer never been made to wait that long with no apology. Sort your bookings out. Wasted an entire morning.
