Did MoT at the booked time and ready to collect an hour later. Talked through a couple of advisories including incorrect setting on one headlamp which they corrected during the test with no extra charge. Couldn't really ask for more. Good price too.

Total lack of genuine customer care
When I booked a 10am slot online for my service and MOT, it said the estimated finish time was around 12:30pm. As it wasn't long, I planned to look around the nearby shops and get some lunch. The receptionist (I think it was Dan?) saw me walk away with a baby in a pushchair and did not think to say it would be significantly longer than the time advised online. I went back around 1pm as it was very hot and I'd long finished in the shops, so had just been walking around aimlessly. I tried to say I understood the car was not ready and I was just coming to sit out of the heat, but the receptionist interrupted me with "It'll be at least another hour and a half." When I said I had to be home for the school run, there was zero effort to have the car done quicker, meaning I had to make emergency arrangements for my older children. My baby was very unsettled with the heat and I even told the receptionist my baby was hot and sweaty, but he never offered to put on the fan behind reception. Everything was "You should have asked," rather than making the effort to actually display any customer service. In the time I sat in reception, I heard him interact with customers by phone and in person, and while he appeared friendly enough initially, his overall tone was condescending. I booked here because I received excellent service in Protyre Segensworth when I had an air con regas, but this site is poor in comparison.

Great company and branch
Had an MOT done here last August so when I needed new tyres I booked online and was able to get an appointment very quickly. Whilst there they were great, very informative & managed to sort out a traction issue at the appointment at a reasonable cost. They even showed me the tread on my tyres to help me understand what I’m looking for in the future and explained how the traction was wearing away at the tyres which was very interesting. I will be booking in my MOT with them again. My Nan has also been coming to their branch since they opened in the early 2000s we are never disappointed. Staff are really friendly and the new glow up in the branch is great including the teas/coffee is you want to wait.
