Great customer service
Great customer service. The day of my MOT, Protyre called me to tell me that there were some roadworks going on near the garage which I was not even aware of, they asked me to bear that in mind and even suggested I leave early to give me ample time to get my car to the appointment on time which I found was great advice. I did as I was advised and managed to get to the appointment on time, if they had not called me I would have been late as there was a long queue of cars along Woodside Avenue near to the Protyre garage.

They gave me a very good price on new tyres and tracking, booked me in the next day.
I came in the next day, and left the car there and they called as soon as the work was completed.

I received a call asking if it would be…
I received a call asking if it would be ok to push my time back by 30 min as they were running behind. It was fine , the communication was excellent. I arrived, had a couple of coffees and a conversation with the gentleman behind the counter and before I knew it my aircon was done. Now the inside of my car is very cold.

My MOT & Service were carried out in a professional & timely manner & contact was made to advise me of outcome & that my vehicle was ready for collection.
However when I collected the car and was given the paperwork it wasn't until I got home that I realised the MOT cert was missing which I had to return and collect,
