Great service at Fareham always

Web site defective
Product was reasonable priced, the on line site does not relate in any shape or form to branch , its work load and availability. I would recommend everybody to check by phone with the chosen site. I ordered tyres on line selected fitting date, tyres were not put on the next day transport from the distribution centre, fitting window missed. They arrived next day , branch had no fitting windows because they were full booked. They went the extra mile to fit the tyres , the branch was out standing . Staff let down by there own IT department and Management.

Not a very impressive service from Protyre
I’ve given Protyre three stars for the recent visits made to the Fareham branch.
The first star is for the service and four new tyres they said I needed on my first visit. I was left waiting almost 2 hours while other customers came in, dropped their cars off and later returned to collect them after the work had been completed.
The second star is for the second visit I had to make to the garage the following week after two of the new tyres kept losing pressure. Three of the four valves needed replacing.
The third star is for the third visit I needed to make a few weeks later after the tyre warning light on the dashboard kept coming on.
Overall, I’ve got to say it was not the best experience I’ve ever had for a bill of almost £900.

Tyres and tracking
Ordered tyres, they were delayed through no fault if the garage.
On my third vist Drew and Jason offered me a substantial discount due to the delay and threw in free tracking.

Trouble free without the fee!!
Quick, efficient and cheap.
Jason from the fareham branch is an absolout G, brought my car in as I was concerned about a vibration in my steering. Got a call back around 20 minuets later and I must have been talking to a fake Jason as this man told me there was a bigger issue with my car.
It broke my heart to hear that I would not be able to take my car home due to a safety concern. But no fear, when I got back to the garage that they so politely kept open for me a whole 10 minuets after closing time, Sir Jason was there to comfort me and let me know that there were rumours floating about.
Turns out this problem was with a part that isn't even needed.
It was just a spigot ring to help mechanics centre a wheel on its hub the lug bolts are what really keeps the wheel in place. A set of 4 is just 5 bucks on ebay and its a job anyone can do from home, so no worries there.
Lord Jason saved the day yet again and i am proud to be yet another happy customer of Protyre Autocare.
The issue was just unbalenced wheels and the lovely mecanics... ney... engineers even checked and amended my tracking for free!!
