I have not yet found a Protyre outlet that are not knowledgable, helpful and very respectful to their customers. Today I arrived for an MOT and decided to wait. iv had tyres fitted and now an MOT all withing last 2 months , everythime iv had great service

It is the first time I have booked and paid for my tyres online. I knew I required the tyres but wasn't sure what else I would require so paid for TPMS valves and wheel alignment. I also had a Blue light discount to load to my order.
I paid a total of £266.16p online. I didn't see where to load my discount and am not sure that the valves were needed or fitted.
On the plus side the booking system was efficient and the work carried out promptly.
That being said I will not book online in future as I would prefer to speak to an experienced person to ensure I get the best value tyres for my car and that any discounts are added and I am not paying for something I don't require.
I asked at the counter about my Blue light discount, the chap said as I had paid online there was nothing he could do.
I am still unsure whether I have overpaid to have essentially 2 new fitted and will probably go elsewhere in future.

Brought 2 back tyres and wheel alignment. The guys were brilliant an adjuster one a rear was seized they tried everything but couldn’t shift it. Asked me to return and hopefully the treatment they put on it works its magic. They went above and beyond and I am very grateful for their efforts, I won’t go anywhere else.

Good at explaining options for my tyres. Prompt attention and appointment carried out quickly. Very happy.
