Over an hour wait after pre booked time slot
My booked appointment for a tyre replacement was 10.30 but the car didn’t even get looked at until 11.45. This was after I raised this with the manager

I have been a customer for over 13 years even then it was called tyre Mart and they have always been nice but since Graham has been there it's not as good Stewart and the boys are great but when I took my car in last week for a service Graham was rude and patronising. And he increased my bill by £71 but couldn't tell me y . He should not be front of house will not be going back in till he go's

The male receptionist was very rude . Firstly I was kept waiting to book my car in and when he did eventually appear , He asked my name and then told me I was late in a very abrupt manner and would have to come back later for my MOT . I was indeed 5 mins late due to traffic for which I apologised but was kept waiting a further 5 mins to book in ! I appreciate that there is a time slot and I was a little late but manners cost nothing.
I have no problem with the work which was eventually carried out just the customer service needs massive improvement.
