Worst tyre experience ever !Dunmow!

Worst tyre experience ever! Charged £65 for a £47 quoted tyre, manager moaned about them shutting in 20mins, when it was actually 50mins later, fitter put 55psi in a tyre how da gerous!!! that should have 33psi max and removed tps sensor and replaced it with a standard rubber valve, tps system flashing fault had to pay a decent garage to replace. Avoid absolutely disgusting company! Will be reporting to trading standards.

Excellent service

I've used this garage a number of times now, and the service is always excellent. They carried out my MOT and air conditioning service, and my car passed its MOT with no issues. They were also kind enough to fit me into an earlier appointment, which was really appreciated.
The staff are always friendly, helpful and professional, making the whole experience straightforward and stress-free. It's great to find a garage you can trust. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be returning in the future.

Great service, the website ordered the wrong tyres for me but the guy in charge had the right two and fitted them for me with no fuss, highly recommended

Friendly, Efficient and Competitively Priced

I have used ProTyre many times and have always found them to be competitively priced, friendly and efficient.

I had two new tyres fitted last Saturday and everything went well. I understand they were extremely short-staffed on the day, with just one fitter available, but despite this they still provided a good service.

I would happily use them again.

Not great stole my daughters wheel nut…

Not great stole my daughters wheel nut locking key when it went in for an MOT, then tried to say it was my fault!

We then had to spend £30 for another one, will not be using them again

Superb

Superb! Noticed a nail in my tyre and slow puncture at 7pm, went online and found tyre in stock, booked in for 9am the next day. Fitted swiftly with no up sale, perfect service. Highly recommend

Wow thankyou guys

Wow thankyou guys. My wife went to go shopping then the school run only to find her car had a flat tyre. Quite desperate I called this company and they came to our home address to fix a puncture in plenty of time for the school run. Very fast efficient service. Happy wife=happy life? Highly recommend this company 👌

Awful and dangerous service from Great…

Awful and dangerous service from Great Dunmow branch. Replaced 2 caravan tyres with smaller and lower load rated tyres and of that wasn’t bad enough, the new tyres are 5 years old!!! How a ‘leading’ tyre provider can confirm stock of a tyre size 185R14C 102/100R and think it safe to install 5 year old 175R14C 99/98N tyres is beyond me.
