DO NOT GO HERE!!
I find this place some what of a rip off, especially when it comes to women, they told my wife to repair axle bushes and pins for two there £250 Each!!! It’s like they see them coming and make it up! In the end got it fixed by some one I trust in a much better garage else where and got the work done for £150 all in. DO NOT SEND YOUR WIFE OR GIRLFRIEND TO THIS PLACE ALONE!! They will try and mug her off…. Absolute jokers!

Very bad customer service
This makes me very sad to have to write this review but I’ve been going to Protyre for almost 3 years now. I came in to get some tyres for my car everything was fine but the gentleman in the reception was really rude and wouldn’t stop vaping while I was taking to him, highly disrespectful especially as I have asthma I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone to lose there job but someone need to speak to this individual as I will not be a returning customer while someone like that is on a front desk (face of the business)

Very good service. Was able to book an MoT online, trouble free and could even opt to pay for the MoT via PayPal. Overall a brilliantly easy way to book your car in at a service centre convenient to you.

Really friendly customer service
Really friendly customer service, was booked in Tuesday for a service but my engine light came on the Friday before when I rang they couldn't fit me in but said to bring it in the day before and luckily they had a cancellation and sorted my car out so I could take it home that day! I've previously taken it as I was worried about a drive to Belgium and they gave it a look over and checked everything for no cost. It's these little things that make a difference and go a long way! I'll continue to bring my car here!
