Quite unfriendly counter staff
Quite unfriendly counter staff. Almost felt like a woman wouldn’t know where to find the locking wheel nut in her own car! Bloke at the counter was dirty and unkempt looking, could really do with a lesson in greeting customers better and at least pretending to enjoy his job. Rest of the staff seems miserable too. Not a good vibe all round. Fitted the 2 front tyres okay and did the tracking but took 1hr 20 minutes to do the job with no updates being given during that time. There was a coffee machine but no one suggested that you could use it.

Disgraceful
MOT booked for a Friday afternoon
Arrived exactly on time to be met by the MOT tester in the car park tapping his watch. Best way to describe his mood was "aggressively upset". He told me he didnt want to do my MOT as he wanted to go home, muttering something about the M25. Very reluctantly did the MOT ( quickly). I was polite at all times but before leaving he gave me a sarcastic thumbs up. The reception staff waited till he had gone and then told me it had failed - quoting 170 to fix the very minor issue reported. Given the attitude of the tester I booked another MOT at my normal ( very reputable) garage, on my way home, showing them the fail certificate to be above board. Surprise surprise it passed. Negative 5 stars would be the correct score for this garage. Had used them before with no issues but this time they have been severely let down by their employee. Disgraceful.
