Disgraceful
MOT booked for a Friday afternoon
Arrived exactly on time to be met by the MOT tester in the car park tapping his watch. Best way to describe his mood was "aggressively upset". He told me he didnt want to do my MOT as he wanted to go home, muttering something about the M25. Very reluctantly did the MOT ( quickly). I was polite at all times but before leaving he gave me a sarcastic thumbs up. The reception staff waited till he had gone and then told me it had failed - quoting 170 to fix the very minor issue reported. Given the attitude of the tester I booked another MOT at my normal ( very reputable) garage, on my way home, showing them the fail certificate to be above board. Surprise surprise it passed. Negative 5 stars would be the correct score for this garage. Had used them before with no issues but this time they have been severely let down by their employee. Disgraceful.

Free Tyre Check & Puncture Repair
I was able to book a free tyre check on the same day. Informed them of what I thought might be a slow puncture on one tyre. They found a tiny puncture that could be safely repaired rather than having to purchase a new tyre. Good service all round.
