Ease of dropping off and leaving car accessible after closing to collect. Car left clean. Only reason not given 5 stars is whoever called me to confirm was very abrupt and told me I'd have to be earlier than the booking time

Got in the same day for an air con refill. Booked online and got a discount too! Handy as it was local to me.

Very quick service staff were very polite and apologised for a delay which wasn't significant.

They were ready for my appointment with no waiting time and rear tyre was fitted quite quickly whilst I was able to wait in the air conditioned waiting area.
They also advised on further repair work required.

Went to get 4 new tyres. Process was quick. Didn't get ripped off like did at Kwikfit.

Lovely staff and very friendly. Very knowledgeable nothing too much trouble nice clean waiting area with tea and coffee available. Would definitely recommend them. Checked tyres and brakes as standard Reasonably priced too

Had to get an MOT done quickly. Looked online (around 9.30pm) to see where we could do a walk in MOT and Protyre came up. Upon visiting their website I was able to book it in for the following morning which I did. We turned up at the allotted time and the MOT was done. We waited in the waiting area so was able to see what was going on. All staff that we saw coming in and out of the front office were polite and knowledgeable. All were busy, kept customers informed every step of what they were doing to their vehicles and although it seemed hectic it was organised hectic. We would certainly use them again.

Fantastic at getting my car booked in at such short notice due to having 2 punctures. Called at 1730pm and had me in at 1100am next day as promised. Job was completed to a high standard as usual.
