After my old garage missed lot things.
That should be done.
I change to this garage, my experience alway be good.
May I should got my car mot on satursday.
And two new tyres too. One busy time.
Few days after mot
After pressure tries setting was reset.
It was bit scary driving m69 this came on
Once I got off motorway mange sort it out.
But will still rate as good garage alway fair prices

MOT a relaxing and well organised experience
Protyre undertook my MOT The week before they checked my brakes and tyres for free in case I needed to repair prior to MOT. I arrived early and they undertook the MOT straight away. There was a couple of advisories which they explained to me. Lee Wood and his team were as helpful as usual . I am 76 years old and MOT's are a very anxious time for me but Lee and his team always nake it easy Thanks

Did exactly what they said they would…
Did exactly what they said they would do. Aircon works great now. Highly recommended. If you had a slow leak then Aircon top up may ended up being wasted but that is the risk you take.

Charged me for MOT re-test. Never heard of this before if you return in 7 days. I had repair da one as advised and returned in 2 days. Even so they charged me half the original price again. Will never go back

Staff are nice enough too sad they treat every car like a banger
Staff are nice enough, the problem is with methodologies and lack of care. Long story short - they use metal wire brush to prepare your wheel for application of new balancing weights. This results in scratched alloy and if they are black, like mine it looks terrible. They also use only silver weights which also looks bad. There’s black weight freely available, but they don’t bother with them on black alloys. They also don’t bother with cleaning old weight residue. They contacted me for review and when I raised what they did to my wheels they said someone will reach out to me and they obviously never did. If you have a nice car with nice wheels don’t bother using those guys. If you have an old car you don’t care about they will change your tyres just fine.
