Quick, efficient and friendly service
I needed a temporary puncture repair made permanent. Walkers Protyre said that they could do it right away, unlike other places that I had telephoned. They identified that there was an additional nail in the tyre in a location that could not be repaired, so a new tyre was needed. Amazingly, they were able to offer a choice of brands that were in stock for my electric vehicle.
Top marks to Sam and Owen for first-rate service!

Excellent Customer Service
I needed an MOT to be done on my car. The manager confirmed my details that I had given online and MOT was carried out. My car failed. But I was told by manager Lee to bring it back after it was fixed by a garage by Friday and the car would be re-MOTed for FREE. My car was fixed by a garage and I took car back at specified time and it was MOTed and this time it passed by MOT specialist Abdullah as promised by his manager. Because of my experience, next time I will be happy to bring my car in to this garage for both service and MOT. Keep up the good work Lee and his team.

Not a good service
I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment (as instructed) only to be told "the ramp was in use." It's was only when I asked if we could reschedule that an attempt was made to accommodate my booking.
The tracking on my car (which pulled to the left) now pulls to the right.
I won't be using Protyre again.
