Rip off tyre price
Failed my MOT because of my tyres and then upsold me some mediocre tyres for £330. Felt ripped off because I could have gotten the best tyres on the market for much cheaper, so would prefer to go somewhere else next time.

Under promised and over delivered
Easy to book on line. Engineer explained exactly what was wrong with the vehicle and was able to give an accurate quote for work. The work was carried out on a bank holiday which I did not expect and my vehicle returned a whole day early.
