Good customer service and puncture repaired within the hour. If I'd have known that upon inspection of the tyre the puncture would have have been repaired automatically i wouldn't have asked for an update just before it was ready and maybe coming across as impatient. A small point but just manages peoples expectations & patience when waiting. Overall a good service and will use again for all things tyres related.

Sorted out my problem on the same day. Kept me going in the meanwhile by inflating tyre temporarily so I could get to important meetings in Bristol.

Well, what can I say? Superb service from Nailsea depot, thank you! Kept me informed at all times, fitted me in even though they were very busy, did it all with a smile and the service received was exemplary! I was also very pleased with the cost! Highly recommended.

I had a flat tyre and drove very carefully less than a mile to Protyre in Nailsea at lunchtime. I was warned as soon as I got there that they were very busy but they would be able to sort out my problem by changing my tyre for the spare. I thought about it and asked if I could possibly leave my vehicle and come back later. They were very helpful and said they would make sure they had the changeover done by 5pm, which was perfect and I was very happy with that.
By just after 3pm, I had received a call to say that they had actually finished my vehicle and had it ready - AND had managed to fix my tyre too! I was so pleased!
The price was better than expected and the service superb, thank you to the team.

Ryan and the guys give a First Class Service. I had two new tyres fitted on the front and they moved the two tyres they fitted last year to the rears.
