Needed a front wheel alignment after replacing suspension components and with them having 50% off their usual cost, I'd "bite the bullet" and use them again.
Completely different level of service this time. Professional from start to finish. Luke dealt with me and initially pointed out one of my control arm bushes was causing my wheel to wobble so it was pointless doing the tracking. I took it away, repaired the issue then took it back. Wheel alignment and vehicle check carried out by Luke and Bob .
Very happy with this visit and it has rebuilt my trust in using them again.
Fast Efficient summer tyre swap
Arrived on time, vehicle taken in almost immediately and returned back in 45 minutes. Advice on rear brake disc rust given. Only issue was that usually a free wheel alignment check is done; but as I needed to get home as soon as I could I didn't mention it at the time.
Helpful and friendly
I had been a few weeks previously. The mechanics are very helpful and understanding. There was a nail in my tyre and they chose a tyre that matched the others. Will definitely use again.

unable to update Audi’s Digital Service Record
I spent over £400 on a service for my Audi at Protyre, only to discover afterwards that they are unable to update Audi’s Digital Service Record (DSR).
Audi has maintained digital service records since 2012, and every previous service on my vehicle—whether carried out by Audi or independent garages—has been recorded electronically. Unfortunately, Protyre did not make it clear that they could not update these records before carrying out the work.
As a result, my vehicle’s service history is now incomplete, which could potentially affect its resale value. Had I known this in advance, I would have considered taking the car elsewhere.
Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and the impact this may have on my vehicle’s service history.

Two tyres, excellent service.
I required two specific tyres and they had to be delivered to you. They arrived the next day, at an early morning time.
The job of fitting them, including new valves, balancing and checking the tracking (which needed adjusting), was done quickly and efficiently. Good job, no problems. Friendly staff. 10/10.
All the overpriced upselling
All the overpriced upselling. £10 extra per tyre for a valve. Got quoted for a new back box, for the exhaust because the bolts had severed at the price of £205. Took the car to a different local garage to quote for the same issue and they said it only needed new bolts at the cost of £25 for parts and labour. An upsell of £195 that was not necessary for me to spend.
It is also my experience that they always try to sell tracking, said mine was out, it shouldn’t have been as I recently (within the last month) had the tracking done when I’d had the clutch and other parts replaced. Also said the drivers side front wheel was out the most, really strange considering protyre were the last people to replace that tyre, which makes me wonder if they are responsible for this discrepancy anyway
