Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service.
It was very easy to book my tyre replacement and I managed to book it for next day. Even though that was a glitch in the system- double booking, my appointment still went ahead. The manager explained everything thoroughly to me and was very patient with all my silly questions. I also loved how cheerful both him and the mechanic who replaced my tyres were. I will definitely return. Thank you

I drive a lot on business and change my tyres frequently. Protyre Newbury are superb. Previously, I used a couple of other shops but once I went to Protyre, I have not used another shop since. Basically, they are welcoming, polite, prompt and very professional.
