Booked in at the Plymouth Branch for 1500hrs for 3 tyres to be fitted, i was made to wait over 2 hours. As I’m sat in the waiting room it’s like watching a sketch from a carry on film. Will not be using ProTyre again.

The staff are always exceptional. My partner has Alzheimer’s and I know where the petrol goes but that is all. Whenever I have had a problem I feel welcomed and cared for.

Easy booking but no time to decide once a tyre was needed
Service was friendly and swift on booking in for a puncture but once diagnosed i was given no time to make a choice or reserch on what tyre i wanted. staff saying "i had to make a quick choice as i was now holding the rest of the day up"

Not our first time using this protyre…
Not our first time using this protyre but they seemed to have booked more work in than they had capacity for as there was several people stood around waiting having expected their cars to be ready before they were. I’d phoned about a hour after I dropped my car off to find out when it would be finished and was told about 40 mins to get there and the car hadn’t even been on the ramp. Never had an issue once work has been completed though.

I booked my car in for an alignment and…
I booked my car in for an alignment and they were very responsive. They booked me in for the next day. However when I had the car aligned they didn’t do the rear of the car and tried to tell me my alignment on the back of the car was nothing to worry about. As someone who’s owned over 30 BMW’s I could tell he was lying. He claimed the rear adjustment bolts were rusting. Not true as I have a 4 post lift at my house. He was just lying to my face. The front alignment is terrible. The steering wheel isn’t aligned and the car pulls to the left. I think what I’m upset about is the guy treated me like I’m an idiot. I will be calling them and having this remedied. Very poor!!!!
