Staff attitude was not good

Staff attitude was not good.
I explained check all tyre pressure check, but didn't.
Again I am back and asked but they showing but no air filling, the car monitoring gags was same showing after running the car

Last week


Last week, I booked a free air conditioning inspection. During my visit, I was told that if everything checked out fine, they would refill the refrigerant gas for £79. I agreed to this.

After about an hour, they confirmed that everything was fine, refilled the gas, and my air conditioning was working again. However, just a few hours later, it stopped working.

I returned the next day and explained the problem. They told me they would inspect it again that afternoon and call me back. They did call and said they had refilled the gas again, but they were unable to find the source of the leak because their equipment couldn't detect any faults.

Unfortunately, after collecting my car, the air conditioning stopped working again within a few hours because the gas had leaked out once more. I paid £79 for a gas refill, but the underlying issue was never identified or fixed. I am disappointed that the problem remains unresolved and that I was charged for a service that only worked for a few hours.

Customer service was really efficient…

Customer service was really efficient and friendly at the store Barter road.
I went before at the other protyre store and was not the good service. The employee came over to assist me and he was eating a sandwiche, and he wasn`t really keen to. Maybe I was disturbing.
I don`t recommend the store at cabot lane.

MOT promptly done

MOT promptly done. No problems, except I was told they would email my certificate and report which did not arrive. Had to phone to be told I would find it on the Gov website instead. Fine now I know where to find it.

Booked in for an MOT

Booked in for an MOT. Carla at reception was super helpful. Made me aware of an issue that wouldn't have come up in the MOT but needed doing urgently. She also went above and beyond assisting with how I could resolve the issue. Really good service and much more than she needed to do. I wish more places were like this, caring for their customers. I'll be going back for sure. Highly recommend

Wheel alignment

Firstly i booked a front wheel alignment as the website did not offer full 4 wheel alignment option i arrived early but due to being busy my car did not go in until 30mins later. the work was carried out efficiently and the young lad was happy to show me the results i was then informed my car required a rear wheel alignment but could not be carried out at the time due to time restrictions.
