IPRO TYRE POOLE I really like the way that you now have to book in for tyre fitting etc, as when I turned up for the work to be done it was completed within 10 minutes of the projected time, rather than hanging around for some considerable time like I have encountered at busy times.
The Gentleman who served me was considerate and knowledgeable.
Only small complaint 😀the coffee machine was out of order.
However as a result I went for a long walk and found a Starbucks coffee issues sorted.
All in all a great experience at Protyre.

Protyre are honest and don't try to add extras onto the bill which is rare nowadays. I feel that protyre are good value for money and I feel happy with the work they do.

Tyres Put On Wrong Wheels!!
I told the reception I wanted the 2 new tyres fitted on the REAR of the car (old tyres there were 3mm). After the 35 mins it took to fit them I walked to the car to find the new tyres were on the FRONT!! I then had to wait another 20 mins for the old tyres (which had loads of tread) to be refitted and the new tyres put at the back!! The fitter should have wondered why he was removing tyres with good tread and should have looked harder at the wheels on the car to determine which tyres were low on tread!! Staff were very polite however and apologised. Lots of waiting around for me!! Not a good experience.

Team great but instore pricing way off
Team great, Service great, but instore price for just two tyres was £140 more expensive than online. I could have saved £70 a tyre booking online, and I was surprised that instore you are charged VAT on top of Protyre online price. I will consider Protyre for planned tyre changes but not emergencies as other outlets seem to charge only slightly more than the online price, give or take a few percent which I can understand.
