First time using pro tyre and I will definitely highly recommend them. Took my car for re-gas air con as it was 20% off and they checked break and tyres as well. All done in super quick time. Guys there are friendly and professional.

Chap on reception was professional. Great explanation of the checks carried out whilst the vehicle's rear tyres were changed. A credit to the business.

Spoke to Jack at the Preston Branch just to verify a few issues before I took my car in for two new tyres, very pleasant and personable. Ordered two new Falken Zeis for my Volvo V40, as recommended by Peter on a previous visit.
On arrival I was met by Jack, what a polite and pleasant young man. He impressed me with his professionalism and we verified the work to be done. Two new tyres, and swop a front tyre to the back so I had matching pairs on each axle and a wheel alignment. Both tyres and wheel alignment included special offers and were brilliant value.
Again I must comment on the professionalism and excellent customer service.

Booked in for 2 new tyres and rebalancing and took advantage of the Summer special on air conditioning.
Jack completed the job efficiently and also turned off the tyre warning light on my dashboard, which I wouldn’t have known how to do.

This should have been a 5 star review but for a glitch in ordering. Using my car registration details the online ordering process resulted in options with the wrong speed rating (potential insurance issue). I ordered before I noticed this. There was a mix up over whether to contact the garage or head office but once this was sorted I was able to cancel my original order and order the correct tyres. The refund was paid promptly. The guys in the garage were very efficient and thorough.

Absolutely stellar service for both tyre fitting and wheel alignment on my classic Mini. Not the easiest vehicle to work on but Paul took time to make sure everything was done carefully, correctly and checked that I was completely satisfied with the result. Great customer service which is something of a rarity these days.

Protyre at Preston. Jack’s customer service was brilliant. I was booked in for a wheel alignment after an unsuccessful alignment at a different garage. Jack explained the whole process and made the required adjustments.

Very helpful and professional

Last night I booked a tyre check up at the Preston branch and was able to find a suitable appointment for this morning. Paul and Jack were very helpful and checked the tyres for me as soon as I arrived. They told me they were fine but would need replacing in the next 2000 miles or so. When I asked about replacing them today, they gave me a good price and did them straight away. There was no pressure to buy today, that was my decision. Friendly, professional and a very good service. Thanks, guys!
