Professional and accommodating
After my vehicle failed the MOT with a catastrophic issue, and having only a few days until it was about to expire, they were very happy to redo the MOPT once I had the issue sorted (unfortunately this branch in Salisbury were not equipped to correct the failure which was an injection problem), however, they squeezed me in on the very last day before expiry. I can highly recommend this branch as not only did they know whom to recommend in getting the issue sorted, but were also happy and accommodating to postpone the service that was scheduled for a day after the MOT to a date that was convenient for me and my schedule.
