Helpful and professional staff. Fitting completed within booked time slot. Manager drove car out of fitting bay at my request. Pity they can’t match prices of my preferred supplier but did a first class fitting job.

Great service and flexibility.
I ordered tyres from Protyre and new wheels from another place. Protyre were flexible with my appointment when the delivery of wheels was late. Fitted me in and kept to the time slot. Friendly and efficient at the Salisbury branch. Will use again.

Popped in busy afternoon with slow…
Popped in busy afternoon with slow puncture. Turned out to be blackthorn in sidewall so new tyre reqd. Tyre was near end of life so decided to replace both front tyres as 23,000 miles on both. Booked in for 0930 following morning and tyres fitted, balanced, tracking corrected and all done by 1015 despite very busy workload and only 2 staff working due to holidays. Great service.

General service of my car
Just needed some new tyres but had a funny sound coming from my wheels, they changed my tyres and I told them about the noise, they knew exactly what it was and managed to get it done for me there and then, the booking process online was quick and simple and not too expensive, super helpful and kind staff, will continue going there for my tyres and any other issues that arise

Couldnt do the tracking on my car as…
Couldnt do the tracking on my car as there software wasnt up to date, even though i had already paid for it.Then lied to black circle and said that i had, had the tracking done.
Eventually admited that the tracking wasnt done, so i coukd recieve a refund. Will never visit again, very rude.
