Saved the day
I was in a panic as need to get My Son to A&E and discovered i had a flat tyre. With a massive bolt through it. The lady on the phone stayed calm, we checked and they had one tyre in my size. Even though they were busy, they squeezed me in. So the tyre was replaced by the time my son and I were ready to go. Thank you so much. Saved the day.

Long wait despite making an appointment
Had to wait over an hour despite making an online booking. Then he checked the wrong tyre after I told him which one had the potential puncture. The service came nowhere near that on previous occasions I've been here. I think I will go elsewhere next time.
