Fitted me in when i had a puncture and was about to set off on a 200 mile drive.

Had various tyre work done here in the last 4 years. Run very oddly with staff that seem to be on the verge of quitting and a manager than keeps being brought back "as he is the only one that can keep it running" apparently. Seems to have a running commentary of life the universe and everything. Have had issues getting my car tracked (ended up taking it to another branch who knew what the issue was and did it first time) and also broken promises of a printout/email of work done. Also, wheel nuts overtightened and broken. There are better Protyre branches and other garages in Sheffield.

As always friendly and efficient and good value. New reception area a big improvement.

The service included oil check and I also requested air con gas refill. The only issue was with my front wheels, which needed aligning, they called me first to let me know before they did anything, which I appreciated. Everything was done by 3pm. There's a letter box to leave your keys when dropping vehicle off early morning.
I also had 4 tyres replaced over a year ago and they are brilliant. No issues.

I've used this company before and had decent service, however on this occasion it was very disappointing. I had to have a punctured tyre replaced at short notice. The tyre was replace and I was asked if I would like the repair kit replaced at the cost of £24 as it had expired in 2024. The car was only purchased brand new that year so I was a bit shocked and resisted the replacement thinking the supplier should rectify this. However when I examined the repair kit it actually expired Dec 2028. To give them the benefit of the doubt there was another number on there that ended in 24, however this was a 7 digit number and clearly not a date and I had no response to an email I sent them informing them of this issue.
I then found the tyre deflation light came on repeatedly, despite the tyres being at the correct pressure and repeatedly being recalibrated. When I took it back to Protyre they found they had fitted a tyre of incorrect profile. For a company that specialises in tyres this is very poor service.
