Had problems getting four new tyres for my car at other local garages due to the size being a bit awkward!
I’ve used Protyre several times in the past, but this time they were a little more expensive, so initially went somewhere else. When that went belly up Protyre had tyres in stock, so booked in with them online.
I enquired about their ‘Price Guarantee’ and was initially told they they didn’t know anything about it. Luckily, I’d come prepared and showed them their own website and my booking at another garage printed out. After a few minutes and a few excuses about me having paid online, we managed to compromise and I was met halfway. A bit disappointing, not reflecting their stated policy, but better than nothing in the circumstances. I needed to get the tyres fitted that day and they could have just said no.
To be clear, this isn’t a complaint. I got four tyres fitted promptly and professionally. The staff were courteous and I’d certainly recommend them.

Sittingbourne branch. Have used a few times now for different things with my bmw. Lovely staff. Don’t treat you stupid because you are female. Happy to answer my questions. Had my rdc sensors done and no issues, all programmed to my car.

Been using Sittingbourne Protyre for…
Been using Sittingbourne Protyre for some years now. Always have the tyres I need in stock (Goodyear Eagle) and fitting times are good. Prices are very competitive and offer Klarna which is helpful is the UK's current financial climate. Main reason I use Protyre is they know their stuff and have never scratched an alloy during fitment which is a big bonus as I have had bad experiences of this at other tyre shops. Keep up the good work guys.

Great customer service - no nonsense
Booked in for an MOT last week. Fast service, good value and no nonsense. I had the 08:30 slot and was driving home by 09:30. Have since booked one of our other cars in for an MOT next month and daughters car in for tyres and tracking based on my positive experience. Previously has used another national chain a few doors up (for many years) but they lost our customer due to poor customer service. Highly recommend Protyre.

True customer service from an excellent company
I have been using Protyre at Sittingbourne since 2013. They have always been professional, helpful, efficient, honest and never try to rip you off. My visit yesterday was a follow up from my visit last week when I had a new tyre fitted and needed new special TPMS valve stems on 3 of the wheels, they only had 2 in stock which they fitted. They would have more the next morning and asked me to return at my convenience to have the final one fitted. I arrived unannounced yesterday and they did it straight away.
That is true customer service from an excellent company.

Price and service of the actual tyres was fine. No issues
When I came to collect my vehicle the key had been left on the counter in the public reception along with another customers key. The reception was unattended for at least 5 minutes whilst I was there. I raised this as a concern with the staff member who returned and was essentially met with a shrug.. please implement some better way of working than leaving customers keys laying around.

Had an mot booked in with Protyres and the work was done efficiently with amazing customer service. Needed a new tyre so they did a good deal for me and instead of waiting until the next day the did it at the end of day for my convenience. Great service, friendly and nothing is too much.
