Waited a bit more than expected
waited a bit more than expected for the car to be finished... I left the car at 1 for a quick job, was told to return at 3:00...had to wait another 30min there for the car although I planed my afternoon as they said from 3:00 to be out ... messed up my plans a bit ... but a good garage ... just need to work more on timings

My car went in was done straight away…
My car went in was done straight away and then waited 20 mins for my car to be returned and then I found I had the wrong tyres to what I ordered not happy.
The manager had a lot to be desired in how he handled the situation and tried to blame me won't be returning

Car breakdown at the wrong time.
Unable to get my car to the schedule booked in time due to a breakdown. Protyre were extremely understanding, and let me re-book at a time thatsuited me. A second tyre was also replaced when a slow puncture was identified and unknown to me.
