Helpful honest staff
Helpful staff . Had a strange noise on car and asked could they look at it to check of it was safe to drive . It had been standing unused for a few months .
Ofeered appt the next day and diagnosed major suspension issue . Called me to relay findings and sent email ss well .
Quotation given immediately and go ahead given . Parts ordered and ready the next day due to mess up in delivery of parts requested .
Shown broken parts as I paid . Without being prompted .
Great customer service. Would and have returned due to their expertise .

Booked my daughters car in for two rear…
I booked my daughter's car in for two rear tyres and a valve change. When she arrived, they were running two hours late and couldn't be bothered to tell her if they had the valve in stock.
Needless to say, we will find somewhere else to spend our money.

Went to get tracking done on my car as it vibrates over 50 miles an hour, only to find it was no different after. Took it elsewhere and they noticed straight away that there was a big bubble on the front tyre so they solved it.

Helpful and good value.
Made time to diagnose issues with puncture, and showing why new tyre was required. New tyre of my choice was ordered in (good price yoo) and was fitted, balanced and available next morning. When they had time (busy when I first visited day 2), they swapped the new tyre for the spare I'd put on, and returned the spare to it's carrier underneath the car. Top work!
