Carried out the small job quickly and perfectly at very reasonable cost. I am a regular customer because service at local depot excellent.

I was a walk in, no appointment at around 3pm, they were clearly busy, but knew my car was in bad shape and fitted me in no questions! Really impressed.

They helped us to pass our failed MOT with the minimum of cost.

As always, a polite, knowledgeable service from your staff. They promptly checked the tyre that was losing air. Sorted it out, checked the remaining tyres & advised on future brake disc & pad replacements. I was able to confidently drive to go on holiday.

The staff are really helpful,polite but you can Have a bit of banter with them also, they are hard working and very accommodating, if they can possibly help you they will do, I prefer to use this garage than any of the others, well done guys

Car went in for the brakes at 8.30 am at 1 pm I went to collect it ,I was told all done. I pulled out of the car park went down the road about 500 yards and my abs started to alarm then my brakes slammed on ,causing me to stop in the middle of the road, luckily nobody was behind me. I took it back and explained what happened and asked whether or not it was tested before giving it back. Answer was I think so,. They then had the car for the rest of the day, I went back at about 4pm and it had not moved from the place I left it . As this was Saturday I had no option but to leave it till Monday, I was told it would be the first job . If so why was it ready at 3.30pm. Very annoyed that after fitting brakes they didn't road test it as this could of caused a serious accident

I needed a tyre repair due to a puncture. The team fitted my car in as soon as possible the next day and did a quick excellent job. Would highly recommend

Booked in via the RAC tyre repair scheme but decided to add another tyre.

Rang the branch and it was all reorganised so both tyres and tracking could be done with in the time slot instead of having to do one job then another.

Staff really helpful and friendly and explained the tracking issue they sorted for me and I was happy with the price

Great service at a good price

I booked for a free winter safety check, it was very easy to do online. I chose the date and time to suit me. Turned up as recommended by garage left car keys with customer service member of staff and returned to collect car, Protyre supplied me with a printed report of their findings and recommendations. Overall it was avery pleasant experience with staff being very pleasant and courteous. Would recommend and use again.
