All 4 tyres needed replacing
Needed to change all the tyres on my car, ordered them through Chris with no problem at all. Had very competitive prices too. All changed and balanced. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere will definitely use again.

Ordered tyres with this company via Asda. Turned up on the day with a scheduled appointment to be told no tyres available. Terrible customer service. Never heard back from anyone in this company so cancelled the order in the end and went some else. Awful service do not recommend

Very nice shop, good service and an even better coffee!
Took my 1 series for 2 new rear tyres. The team was friendly and considerate, allowing me to work in the waiting room. Budget tyres were pretty reasonably priced, could get cheaper elsewhere, but the difference was negligible when considering how convenient this shop was. Chris (bald Chris in reception) was particularly helpful holding nice conversation and guiding through the whole process and was even kind enough to check a wheel bearing that was of concern.
Free coffee is available in the waiting room also!

Resolved query
Charged £30 for wheel Alignment which took 5 minutes and was only slightly out.
Online price was £21.00. IT ISSUE meant that the website wouldn’t honour the price quoted.
I was very pleased the manager called me to assist me about this and resolved the situation.
