MOT booked via Online Portal
As always good service from Bathwick. However, I booked my MOT online for Tuesday, (20th) but when I went to branch, a week beforehand, to check about dropping off, I was told that the MOT bay was closed on the initial booked date, luckily they were able to book me in for the Monday (19th). Which didn’t cause any hardship!

Had my car booked in for a MOT always use this branch .
On arrival was warmly welcomed by Lee
And first hand noticed Callum depot manager helping a older couple that was having problems with their Camper Van tyres.
Immediately his approach was informative compassionate and professional .
I have worked in Customer Service for 28years and what I witnessed on Friday was exceptional
Callum & his team should be very proud of the service they deliver on your company’s behalf and of corse Callum’s leadership outstanding

I had a great experience with the team at Bathwick Tyres – Team Protyre in Swindon Stratton. I recently bought tyres from them and was really happy with the service. When I came back some time later for my MOT, they went above and beyond by changing a lightbulb for me so my car wouldn’t fail. Super helpful, professional, and friendly – it’s clear they care about their customers. Highly recommend!
