Had to contact customer services to get some 'service'
Had to contact customer services to get the branch to honor the appointment time, I booked via Asda Tyres and was given the time slot 9-10. Didn't notice the booking then stated 9am after I paid ! However I still arrived at around 9.05 and stood in queue for 10 minutes while they dealt with the other customers. To be told I am late and that I won't be done until 11am as my booking was given to the guy behind me in the book, fair enough I thought I'll go in after but sadly according to the branch this isn't how it works. Rang HO Customer services who investigated and called me back to tell me they can't help as I hadn't left with my car behind, when I in fact had left it booked in with the keys left at the branch. Customer services were concerned at this stage and told me they were investigating 5 minutes later at 9.40 magically my car was suddenly being taken in as planned, customer services didn't call me back however their actions spoke volumes. Without them this would be a 1 star review. I feel as though booking via an agent wasn't appreciated by the chap on the counter however I may be wrong but have no idea. No branch staff took the time to apologise for their behavior towards me.

Ordered 1 transit van tyre on the…
Ordered 1 transit van tyre on the phone, unfortunately they didn’t have stock and had to wait a couple of days to fit. But I was in no immediate rush, so that was fine.
Went down at 8:45 Monday morning, people were already in the waiting room, so they were already bust at that time of the morning.
It took approximately 45 minutes until my tyre was fitted. Again I was in no big rush so that was fine.

Went in to have my tyres checked gave me the bad news that I had metal stuck in one of my tyres could not do it there and then, so I dropped my car off early morning the next and they rang me at about 11am to say they had replaced my x 2 back tyres good job the lads are always very helpful good team.

Had my merc in for Mot and service did…
Had my merc in for Mot and service did a thorough job, after failing initial mot they called to advise on issues, agreed on price and repaired immediately meaning the car was back on the road by the afternoon and even managed to sort issue from a previous garage not mounting suspension coil correctly without removing wheel so cost a little bit less when came to payment happy days seeing as most see the badge and assume you have unlimited access to cash. Once driven away had issues with sensors to which Callum had me back in and gave a thorough inspection.. again appears to be an issue from yet another garage as clearly not from wheel mounting as I had been informed by fitting garage it was, It became apparent the internal parts severely gunked up and not cleaned before fitting inferior job done. Glad to have found a garage that actually does go above and beyond for works and customer service.
