Would be 5 but I booked a time slot online.
When I arrived I was told that there were no appointments available. Eventually I was told rather grudgingly, ‘I will see what I can do.’

The fussy one would actually recommend them
We took our discovery to the Taunton branch and they were brilliant. Clear communication, friendly and helpful. Plus it’s so clean and tidy there. I felt welcome as soon as we arrived. When the had any questions or recommendations they called and let us know and there was no pressure, just helpful advice. I will definitely be going back there and recommending them. We have been to many different Protyre and they are by far the best!! Thank you for a great service

Having used Protyre Taunton several times before for repairs, tyres, and MOT on several vehicles I've found their service to be very good; easy on line or over the phone, prompt, reasonably priced, comfortable waiting room with good facilities, and helpful knowledgeable staff.
