The normal friendly service that I have come to expect. I would not have used the same garage for over a decade if I had a problem 😅
After needing to bring my car in several times over two weeks, the guys at Chemix made a stressful experience easier, they were polite, understanding, helpful and kept spirits light, will 100% use chemix in the future

booked the car in for an aircon re-gas at short notice waited while it was done and drove away 40 minutes later in the ice cold air. just as a bonus there was also a 25% off discount on there website.
Bloke managing the place was really genuine and lovely, mechanic was absolutely great too and very knowledgeable. Have recently moved to the area and we have now decided that this will be our garage for any work on our cars moving forward.

If I could give zero stars i would. Booked and paid for air con regas, got an appointment time and email confirming this. Then had a phone call, after their closing time to tell me they couldn't fit me in and to call at 8.30 (my original appointment time) to rebook. Not the end of the world, I assumed it would just mean later in the day. So, I called, was on hold for over half an hour, to the point where I eventually drove up.
I was still on hold when I got there.
Went into reception to rebook, expecting to be told to return this afternoon perhaps. NO. They can't fit me in for a few days! Yet when I look on their website, I can book about 30 different slots for this appointment over the next two days.
Asked for a refund, should be simple, paid by card, just refund it back into my card, surprise surprise, no, can't do that! Got to wait 2/3 or 3/5 days for a refund! Absolute Joke!

Have not actually got as far as receiving any service from this company, as I can't get through to them on the phone. Thursday I was on hold for almost 2 hours before giving up and now been on hold for almost an hour and still no one has answered the phone!

Excellent service. Had MOT done and staff kept me informed throughout the process. I have used this garage several times and very pleased. Thoroughly recommend.
Went in for 2 tyres and was advised to have 4.
When I came to pay I was told the price was £80 more than advertised. I asked why and was told that they didn't match what is advertised.
I complained to customer services who told me that the area manager would be InTouch
I'm still waiting for someone to contact me as to why there was a big difference in price and why the had not honoured the advertised price.
It's now 10th June and the area manager has been in touch three weeks ago to say that a refund in price difference would be paid.
I still have not received the payment offered and is not responding to any of my emails.

Fast service needed a lot of work on my car and completed all in a fair time.
Staff really friendly and more than happy to help.
Disgusting service messed around for 40 minutes while 4 fitters walking around and chatting on the car park said black circle had not told them we were going black circle confirmed and reminded us hard to believe they were not informed never going again
