You were able to fit me in for air con regas within a couple of days at a very busy time.
The only problem I encountered was making the initial appointment and checking progress - the phone was not answered after numerous attempts - put on hold for a0 long time.

I went to collect my car that had…
I went to collect my car that had failed its mot to find that they had fitted a new end exhaust without my agreement !
And then tried to make me pay over £200 for it when I cannot work from having had cancer on a low income
And I would have taken it to a mechanic that would do it for a fraction of the cost ! That’s actually totally wrong and he tried to make out he was doing me a favour by charging a small amount off !

High cost replacement tyre
Took the car in with a slow puncture. Unfortunately, the puncture had been caused by a nail in the part of the tyre that prevented it from being repaired. As a result I was charged £162 for a new tyre that I later found out could be bought online from Protyre for about £123!!! I realise that tyres bought online are typically less expensive than those bought on-site but 20%+ mark up seems a bit steep.
Update.
Since my initial review, Matt from Protyre has been in touch and I have to say I’m very impressed. Without hesitation he suggested I call in for a refund of the price difference. I never expected a response and, of course, it would have been better if I’d been charged a more reasonable price for the tyre in the first place but all credit to Matt for putting things right.
