Excellent service and knowledgeable
Went to Protyre as I had a problem with pressure in front tyre. They discovered that the tyre hadn’t been put on the wheel properly. The beading had been shredded on the inside of the rim and a large piece of tyre had come away.
As I had only had the car 6 weeks (bought from a dealer) Protyre sorted me with a new tyre while I waited at the garage. The dealership I had bought the car from also apologised as it isn’t normal procedure to take whole tyres of and tread and pressure are normally checked before a sale.
Protyre were extremely helpful snd gave good advice and explained everything thoroughly throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them

I felt confident the firm knew what…
I felt confident the firm knew what they were doing. They kept me informed at all stages while on site. I hadn't compared prices of new tyres but the cost was about what I had expected. I was surprised the tyres were on site already, which is unusual these days with other suppliers.

I missed my booked slot for a flat tyre…
I missed my booked slot for a flat tyre due to a flat battery,I phoned pro-tyre and cancelled the appointment but when I managed to get a jumpstart I phoned them again and they managed to fit me in within the hour, great service.

I was seen on time
I was seen on time. The guy working on the replacement tyre was polite and answered all my questions. I got a good deal on tyre by buying it online. The tracking was checked and found to be out. This cost alot to fix i.e doing the tracking.
